So you've painted your bathroom or kitchen the perfect color...great! But we all know that these areas take some serious hits from cooking grease or little kids boogers. How do you keep your walls looking as fresh as the day you painted them?
Use a soft cloth or sponge with mild, soapy water to a general-purpose household cleaner (be sure to test your cleaning solution and technique in an inconspicuous area to ensure that it does not damage the paint film).
Apply gentle pressure when wiping. Penetrating stains and marks may be removed by carefully using an abrasive cleaner and water or solution of household bleach diluted with water. Rinse with clean water.
This will help extend the life of your paint! If you have any questions on how to clean certain paints, please contact Cam Wells Painting today!
